Joanna turned 50 in January 2021 and felt it was “a real wakeup call hitting such a milestone birthday with regards to your fitness level and physique”. She started going for “a long walk everyday with my dogs and I have a treadmill and cross trainer at home I like to use 2 to 3 times a week” as well as doing Pilates once a week.
